Exchanges and returns

Shipments will be made through the transportation companies with which BAUHINIA has agreements. Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched.
The shipping time depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
Domestic: 3 to 8 business days after the purchase is confirmed.

International: 5 to 10 business days after the purchase is confirmed.

For custom-made products, the shipment will be made between fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days after the purchase is confirmed.

All orders are shipped from Cartagena de Indias and Montería.
Once the order is dispatched, confirmed, and delivered to the carrier, the customer will receive the tracking number with which they can track their shipment through the corresponding carrier’s website. BAUHINIA is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

BAUHINIA is also not responsible when the delivery cannot be made to the specified address due to reasons directly attributable to the customer. In such cases, the customer must contact the carrier’s customer service directly, providing the respective tracking number.

Exchange Policies

  • Items on sale or with discounts are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Exchanges must be made within 15 calendar days from the moment the product is received.
  • Exchanges for items will be made at the same value as the original purchase. If the customer wishes to exchange the item for one of higher value, the price difference must be paid. Exchanges for items of lesser value than the original purchase will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges will be made only once.
  • Orders under the concept of PRE-ORDER cannot be exchanged, except for size changes of the same reference and/or color.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability (reference, size, color). The availability of the item will be determined once BAUHINIA receives the return.
  • The item must not have been used and must be in the same condition as delivered, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Once the product is received, the supplier will carry out a quality control check, which takes approximately 3 business days. When the product’s condition is determined and the exchange or refund is authorized, we will proceed with the option chosen by the customer. If there are signs of use, BAUHINIA reserves the right to deny the exchange.
  • The return must be made using the original packaging in which it was sent to protect the product. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must return it in protective packaging to ensure the product arrives in the best possible condition.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Under no circumstances will there be a money refund.
